Do you see our lovely little mascots in the banner above? Jet-Do and Jet-Da are in love! With Valentine's Day fast approaching, Jet-Do has his present ready, and Jet-Da has her balloon, but they are each looking for one more thing...
This is where you come in, dear reader. Help Jet-Do and Jet-Da express their love for each other this Valentine's Day by writing a letter, poem, or haiku to one of them! If writing is not your thing, feel free to draw them a picture and link to your fan art as well.
Leave your love note in the comments section by midnight Pacific on February 13th. On Valentine's Day, I will ask Jet-Do and Jet-Da to help me pick their favorite, who will win a $25 JetPens gift certificate.
Love is in the air!

How ironic it must be,
ReplyDeletethis letter that you see,
is typed up instead, when
we're talking about pen.
My love for you is fixed,
like my love for Techniclicks,
wherever in the world, even here,
sturdy like my metal GraphGear.
Jet-Do, Jet-Da, I love you both,
it pleasures me, to see your growth,
So here, I write, this poem fond,
Forever JetPens, to infinity and beyond.
Jet-Do, you're sweet, you bear a gift
ReplyDeleteTo give my inky heart a lift
I hope it is a brand-new pen
To write you letters now and then
I'd really love a pen this year
So I may 'draw' you ever near!
Trying to write you
ReplyDeleteHard to get started though
Cant decide on pen
Obviously I'm no poet, but that is why I love jetpens. This is the point I would draw a picture for her.
February
ReplyDeleteink tattoos
so many paper hearts
My love Jet-Do, beautiful to behold,
ReplyDeleteSo secure, so strong, these words must be told,
I long to hold you, to caress your form,
You are my Moon at night; my sun that keeps me warm,
A pleasure it is to know you keep my thoughts,
a daily reminder why it was you that I sought.
Remain, my love, forever true,
As true as the sky, cobalt blue.
An Ode To Jet-Do
ReplyDeleteYou know my obsession
Inside and out;
You know a bad pen
Makes me easily pout.
You know I love paper,
Good ink and the rest;
Your understanding is why
I love you the best.
xox Love you Jet-Do!
Pens n' paper You know my fascination, You gracefully write and capture my admiration, My only regret it that I have but one life to assure, If I could have you by my side I would be allured, From pencils n' paper to mellow and pure you are my dear love and that is what...I....live...♫fooooooooooorr♫
ReplyDeleteI just put commas between each phrase, sorry bout' that.
ReplyDeleteMy love for you is flows endlessly,
ReplyDeleteAnd unlike these pens it will always bleed
But only for you , because yellow is my favorite color.
When dealing with stationary,
ReplyDeleteJetPens is the best,
Pens, Pencils, Erasers,
Perfect for writing a test.
Pencil Cases and Bags to keep them organized,
Once you see them you will be suprised,
Brands like: Nomadic Inc, Lihit Lab, and Kokuyo,
So cool they will make your heart glow.
Soon Jet-Do and Jet-Da,
Will find their love,
Sooner or later,
In the skies above.
Oh my Jet-Da!
ReplyDeleteHow wonderfully beautiful you are.
When I first saw your face,
my heart started to race,
at how you shyly smiled at me.
Oh I cannot possibly express,
but I can certainly address,
my thoughtful love for you.
You are such a delight,
I never want you out of my sight,
but I just want you to know,
this is my "Love at First Write."
The ink I use
ReplyDeleteso permanent
like the love I have
Jet-Da my true
Japan is my home
with you so beautiful.
Sometimes I call you "nib"
and you call me "Hi-tec."
You are my only cartridge
And you will never run out.
I am the pen
And you are the paper.
I post the cap
cause you are mine forever.
Nothing replaces
ReplyDeleteJet-Da, pen to my paper
Loving For-ev-uh
Just the Three of Us
ReplyDeleteFor you, Jet-Do, Jet-Da, I write a sonnet
If words from this sweet pen I can but coax,
And not to put too fine a point on it,
But rather cast it in inky broad strokes.
A sentimental fountain from my heart
Spills forth in pitch black or deep ocean blue
And with apologies to R. Descartes,
I think therefore I pen all for you two.
Alas extra fine nibs have pierced my chest,
My lungs are like two wells now running dry.
And one more secret now I must confess:
Not crocodile tears but ink I cry.
Until there's nothing and no one betwixt
Our kindred spirits that in bliss we mix.
Jet-do, Jet-da,
ReplyDeleteIt's a wonderful day!
The sun is shining,
every beam, every ray.
Let's have a nice time
in this great spring sun,
and write a new poem, just for fun.
Write about the wonders of ink.
Every line, every word,
you make yourself heard.
Jet-do, Jet-da,
it's love at first write!
